We understand that plans evolve. You may request changes to:
- Travel dates
- Accommodation
- Safari itinerary
- Number of travellers
- Other travel arrangements
Whether a requested change can be accommodated depends on availability, supplier policies, any additional costs involved, and applicable government or park requirements.
We will make reasonable efforts to assist with your request, but we cannot guarantee that every change will be possible.

Cancellations & Refunds
We understand that travel plans can sometimes change. If you need to
cancel your booking, you must notify Denvin Tours in writing. The
effective date of cancellation will be the date on which we receive
your written notice. Our cancellation policy is structured according
to how far in advance notice is given:

90% refund of amounts paid, less any applicable bank charges,
payment processing fees and non-refundable supplier costs.
31–60 Days Before Departure
50% refund of amounts paid, less any applicable bank charges,
payment processing fees and non-refundable supplier costs.

applicable, non-refundable supplier charges, bank charges and payment
processing costs may be deducted from any refund.
No refunds will normally be provided for unused accommodation, meals,
game drives, activities, transport or other services after a safari
has commenced, except where otherwise required by applicable law or

Changes or Cancellations by Denvin Tours
On occasion, we may need to modify an itinerary. This can happen due to:
- Weather
- Road conditions
- Wildlife or conservation requirements
- Accommodation availability
- Transport issues
- Safety considerations
- Government requirements
- Supplier changes
- Events outside our reasonable control
Where this happens, we will make reasonable efforts to arrange a suitable alternative wherever practical. We cannot guarantee that every aspect of an itinerary will remain unchanged.
09
Accommodation
- Accommodation is subject to availability.
- The accommodation shown in a quotation or itinerary may be changed if necessary.
- Where practical, we will arrange a comparable alternative.
- Room types, meal plans and other accommodation details are confirmed during the booking process.
- Accommodation standards may vary depending on the package and destination selected.

Transport & Safari Vehicles
Depending on your itinerary, safari transportation may involve:
- 4×4 Safari Land Cruisers
- Safari vans
- Other suitable vehicles depending on the route
Vehicle allocation may depend on group size, route, availability and the type of safari booked.
Travel times provided are estimates. They may be affected by road conditions, weather, traffic, wildlife on the road, and other circumstances beyond our control.
11
Safari Itineraries & Wildlife
Our safari itineraries are designed to give you the best possible opportunity to experience Kenya and East Africa's wildlife — but nature cannot be scripted.
- Wildlife sightings cannot be guaranteed.
- Specific animals or species cannot be guaranteed.
- The timing and location of wildlife encounters cannot be predicted.
- Weather and environmental conditions may affect planned activities.
- Park and reserve authorities may impose restrictions at their discretion.
This unpredictability is part of what makes a safari an authentic wilderness experience, and our guides work hard to make the most of every opportunity nature provides.
12
Park Fees, Government Fees & Local Requirements
- Park and reserve fees may be charged by the relevant authorities.
- Government taxes, levies or tourism fees may change from time to time.
- Entry requirements may vary by park, reserve or destination.
- You may be responsible for providing certain information or documents required for travel.
We cannot guarantee that fees will remain unchanged after a quotation is issued, unless this has been explicitly confirmed.
13
Travel Documents, Passports & Visas
You are responsible for ensuring you have the necessary:
- Valid passport
- Visa or electronic travel authorisation, where required
- Vaccination or health documentation, where applicable
- Other travel documents required for your journey
Requirements can change, and we recommend verifying current entry requirements with the relevant embassy, consulate or immigration authority before travelling.
Denvin Tours is not responsible for a customer being denied travel or entry due to inadequate or incorrect documentation.
14

Please let us know about any medical conditions, mobility requirements, allergies or dietary needs that are relevant to safely arranging your travel services.
You are responsible for obtaining appropriate medical advice before travelling, particularly where remote or physically demanding activities are involved.

We strongly recommend that you obtain comprehensive travel insurance before your trip. Suitable cover may include:
- Medical emergencies
- Trip cancellation
- Travel delays

18
Third-Party Suppliers
Some of the services included in your safari may be provided by independent third parties, including:
- Accommodation providers
- Transport providers
- Airlines
- Guides
- Activity providers
- Other travel suppliers
These providers may have their own terms and conditions, which may apply alongside these Terms.
